摘 要:本课题通过对大黄栀子中萜类化合物理化性质的研究,旨在为新药的开发提供基础,从而提升大黄栀子的综合利用。大黄栀子有清热解毒、活血消肿的功效,其萜类化合物主要为3,4-裂环环菠萝蜜烷三萜。研究表明,3,4-裂环环菠萝蜜烷三萜在细胞毒活性,抗HIV-1-RT活性等方面活性较好。本课题将以从大黄栀子中提取的sootepin G样品为例,研究其在常见有机溶剂中的溶解性;探究样品溶液是否能够培养出晶体;研究不同溶剂系统下样品溶液在薄层硅胶板上的反应;此外,还对sootepin G样品进行了波谱分析。29190 毕业论文关键词:大黄栀子;萜类;理化性质

Abstract:In order to enhance the comprehensive utilization of the Gardenia sootepe-
nsis and providing the basis for the development of new medicine,this topic studies t-
he physicochemical properties of terpenoids extracted from Gardenia sootepensis.G-
ardenia sootepensis have good effects on heat-clearing and detoxicating,detumescen-
