摘 要:本文以N-Boc保护的靛红酮亚胺衍生物与2-萘酚为模板反应,详细考察了合成新型Betti碱的影响因素,如反应溶剂、温度、催化剂等。通过对实验数据的分析比较,我们获得了该反应的最佳条件:以甲苯为溶剂(0.1mmol/2mL)、4-氟苯甲酸为催化剂(10mol %),1a/2a =1︰1.2,100℃下反应可以获得较高收率的产品。随后我们在最佳反应条件下,通过选用不同取代基的N-Boc保护的靛红酮亚胺与不同的酚类反应,完善了底物的适用范围。通过IR和NMR分析对代表性化合物的结构进行了初步表征。31230 毕业论文关键字:靛红酮亚胺;2-萘酚;Betti碱
Study on the Synthesis and Characterization of the Novel Betti base
Abstract:In this thesis,we synthesized the novel betti base through the Friedel-Crafts alkylation reaction,With Isatin-Derived Ketimines and Naphthols as substrate of the model system,We investigated the factors that affected the reaction system,such as solvent,temperature,catalyst,etc.And obtained the optimized conditions through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data.We got relatively high yields of the novel betti base under the optimized conditions that toluene(0.1mmol/2mL) as solvent、4-fluorobenzoic acid(10mol%)as catalyst、material ratio 1a/2a=1:1.2 and the reaction temperature was 100℃.Subsequently,we expended the substituent of Isatin-Derived Ketimines and Naphthols to expand the scope of substrates under the best conditions.Finally,some representative compounds are characterized by determination of IR and NMR.
