Research of the influence factors of rheology in skin care gel system
Abstract: For skin care gel system, this paper mainly research on the effect of various components on the rheological properties of the product through the preparation containing different concentrations moisturizers, rheological regulator and other components of gel product and the determination of the rheological properties of products, to reveal the regularity of the impact of different components on the rheological properties of the product. Experimental results show that the viscosity and rheological properties of the gel system with different concentrations moisturizers, rheological regulator and other additives increases with the increase of the dosage; Viscosity increases with temperature increasing, decreases with temperature decrease. Steady state test results show that, with the increase of the shear rate, gel viscosity decrease, also show that shear thinning fluid characteristics and gel system is pseudoplastic fluid. The results of dynamic measurements show that, with the increase of angular frequency, gel system storage modulus (G ') and loss modulus (G ' ') are increased, also show that the gel system is a viscoelastic fluid.
