摘要:α-二芳基乙腈衍生物是一类潜在的合成酰胺类、氨基酸类、伯胺类、及含有杂环二芳酮衍生物的重要中间体。它在许多行业上具有潜在的应用价值。目前对于α-二芳基氰的合成方法主要包括:①芳烃衍生物与氯乙腈的光催化反应;②α-取代基的酰胺脱水化反应;③芳醇类与氰基烷烃类的氰基化反应;④α-二芳氰基与芳卤代烃的Pb催化偶联反应;⑤自由基亲和取代反应等。本论文拟探索通过4-溴-1,8-萘酰亚胺与取代苯乙腈缩合制备得到一系列α,α-萘酰亚胺芳基乙腈衍生物3a-3h。同时,利用氟离子诱导催化脱氢及氧化脱氰基,将衍生物3a-3h转化其羰基产物,发展一种制备系列萘酰亚胺芳基酮衍生物4a-4h的新颖合成方法。33238 毕业论文关键词: 萘酰亚胺;萘酐;羰基;二芳基乙腈
Synthesis of aryl naphthalimide ketones
Abstract:α-Diaryl nitriles are potential building blocks for the synthesis of amides, carboxylic acids, primary amines, ketones, and N-containing heterocycles. It has potential applications in many industries. At present, for synthesis of α-diaryl cyanide include: photocatalytic reaction aromatic derivative and chloroacetonitrile; α-substituted amide dehydration reaction; cyano reaction; mellow kind of alkanes and cyano; α-diaryl cyano and aromatic halogenated hydrocarbons Pb catalyzed coupling reactions; radical nucleophilic substitution reactions.We also successfully synthesized a series of α,α-aryl naphthalimide nitriles derivatives 3a-3h by the condensation of N-butyl-4-bromide-1,8-naphthalimide and substituted phenylacetonitriles. Meanwhile, we also developed a novel and facile synthetic procedure for the preparation of α,α-aryl naphthalimide nitrile derivatives 3a–3h, which can be used as F ion sensors and convenient precursors for the synthesis of aryl naphthalimide ketones 4a–4h based on fluoride-induced deprotonation followed by autoxidative decyanation.
