摘要:本文是采用邻二氮杂菲分光光度法直接对馒头,鸡蛋黄中铁的含量进行测定,本实验先从最佳波长的选定,缓冲剂的最佳用量,显色剂的最佳用量,最佳还原剂的测定,最佳pH值的选取,最佳时间的选择几个方面研究了体系的最佳反应条件,在这些实验条件的基础上测得鸡蛋黄中的铁的含量多于馒头中的铁含量,邻二氮杂菲分光光度法实验方法方便,快捷,准确,真实,结果很令人满意,因此该方法可以应用于对食物中铁的含量的检测,这为指导人们合理食用食物进行补铁提供理论依据。33757 毕业论文关键词:分光光度法;邻二氮杂菲;标准曲线法。

Abstract:This is the two adjacent Orthophenanthro line directly to Steamed buns spectrophotometry,the iron content of egg yolk were measured,the first from the selected optimal wavelength,the optimum amount of buffer,the optimal dosage of chromogenic agent,select the optimum pH,choose the best time to study several aspects of the optimal condition,measure have egg yolk iron based on these experimental conditions on the content of iron content in more than Steamed buns,the experimental method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable, satisfactory .so this method can be applied to the detection of iron content of foods,which make the iron to provide a theoretical basis to guide people to rational consumption of food.
