摘 要:根据印染废水中的复杂成分, 本文结合水解酸化和生物接触氧化的联合工艺处理废水。水解酸化设计停留时间为6h,停留在接触氧化段的时间为3h,工艺运行完显示,经过水解酸化能很大程度提高废水的可生化性,即废水的B/C值得到提高,使好氧接触效果得到保障。初步预测出水COD<100mg/L,BOD<50mg/L,色度<50,COD去除率及BOD去除率均>80%。设计废水处理规模为每天2000立方米,每天按24小时工作计,经工艺处理,设计出水符合水污染物排放基本标准,收到很好的处理效果。33785 毕业论文关键词:废水处理;联合工艺;污泥浓缩;BOD;COD
Treatment Process Design of 2000 m3/d Dyeing Wastewater
Abstract:According to the complex composition in printing and dyeing wastewater,this paper combines the hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation biochemical process to deal with waste water.The HRT in hydrolytic acidification needed six hours and contact oxidation took three hours,after the process,the results revealed that by means of the process of hydrolytic acidification,the BOD/COD compand could be risen,then it could intensity ensure the treatment effect of aerobic contact.To predict it preliminarily,COD and BOD of effluent water were below 100mg/L and 50mg/L,color degree was less than 50 times,COD and BOD removal proportion were both over 80%.The scale of wastewater treatment was designed 2000 m3/d and 24 hours per day to work,effluent water also could reach the primary standard of wastewater discharge by this process,and the process would achieve a significant treatment effect.
