摘 要:本设计的目的在于除去放空尾气中二氧化碳气体。操作条件为:20℃,常压下,体积流量为1800m3/h混合气(空气+二氧化碳),其中二氧化碳体积分数9.5%,出塔二氧化碳含量3%。设计方案:此设计选择用逆流吸收流程,采用纯溶剂吸收过程,选用DN50聚丙烯塑料阶梯环填料。根据以上条件,设计结果如下:塔径D=3.6m;填料层高度h=6m;填料设计层压降∆P=102Pa。34501 毕业论文关键词:水;二氧化碳;填料塔设计
Water Absorption of Carbon Dioxide in a Packed Tower
Abstract:The absorption of the design aims to remove carbon dioxide gas in the exhaust of industrial venting.The carbon dioxide absorption water.Design and operating conditions for the task is: At the temperature of 20 and under the atmospheric pressure,the gas mixture ( air + CO2 ) in the amount of procesing :1800 m3/h,volume fraction of carbon dioxide in the inlet gas mixture:9.5%,emissions (carbon dioxide by volume)3%. Design scheme:The design chooses counter-current absorption process,the pure solvents and the DN50 polypropylene ladder ring packing is being choiced.The design of the tower diameter is 3.6 mpacking layer height is 6m,packing design pressure drop is 102 Pa.
