摘要：本文对迪奥真我J’adore香水进行香气结构的研究，并且进行香气的模拟。首先应用GC-MS仪器分析并通过感官评定确定J’adore香水的香韵组成及其主要原料，并拟定基础配方对该款香水香气进行模拟；反复多次调配香精—不断嗅闻香气—修改配方这样循环的实验之后，得到最优化的香精配方：果香香韵：1.8%；青香香韵：9%；花香香韵：73.55%；木香香韵：5.45%；动物香香韵：10.2%。得到与样品香气较为相近的香精。

Perfume structure analysis and aroma simulation of J'adore

Abstract: In this paper, we study the fragrance structure of Dior J'adore perfume and simulate the aroma. Firstly, the fragrance composition and main raw material of J'adore perfume were determined by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS) and sensory evaluation. Then we make formula to simulate the aroma. Finally, the formula is modified continuously through experiments to obtain the optimal result. It is including: fruit note:1.8%; green note:9%; floral note:73.55%; mood note:5.45% and animal note:10.2% .Through a series of experiments on fragrance identifying, the scent and composition of the finished imitation perfume based on Dior J'adore for women have been fully interpreted.
