摘 要:本文探究粘结剂的用量和粘结剂的种类对NiMo/AAC催化剂性能的影响,以氧化铝、活性炭为原料,尝试使用不同粘结剂(田菁粉、羧甲基纤文素)来制备催化剂载体,用过量浸渍法来制备催化剂。通过N2-吸附,X-射线衍射(XRD),红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)等表征手段对NiMo/AAC催化剂进行表征。以2%的DBT/环己烷溶液为模型化合物评价了催化剂的活性。实验结果表明,粘结剂种类和加入量的不同,NiMo/AAC催化剂的孔容,孔径,比表面积,表面酸度,表面物相及催化剂活性都有所不同。34959 毕业论文关键词:粘结剂;氧化铝;活性炭;复合载体;过量浸渍法
Effect of Binder on Diesel Hydrodesulfurization Catalyst NiMo / AAC Properties
Abstract:In order to study the effect of added binder with different amounts to preparation NiMo / AAC catalysts.Based on alumina,activated carbon as raw material,try to prepare the catalyst support using a different binder (Sesbania powder,Carboxymethyl Cellulose),with an excessive dipping method to prepare the catalyst.And the catalyst of NiMo/AAC were characterized by infrared spectra (FT-IR),X ray diffraction (XRD),N2- adsorbent.The activity of the catalyst was evaluated with 2% DBT/ cyclohexane as the model compound.Experimental results showed that the pore volume,pore size,and surface area were different with the different type of binder.Furthermore,the pore volumepore size,and surface phase were changed with the different amount of binder.
