摘要:论文主要研究通过酯化反应合成乙酸香叶酯的反应条件以及通过柱分离得到乙酸香叶酯的方法,最后对其结构和可能产生的副产物进行分析研究。利用香叶醇和醋酸酐的酯化反应合成乙酸香叶酯,乙酸钠来作为催化剂,随后对其进行萃取、干燥、柱层析等一系列后处理步骤后,得到目标产物乙酸香叶酯。其中,通过硅胶柱层析的方法对产物乙酸香叶酯进行提纯,经过多次反复点板实验,最后我用了乙酸乙酯和石油醚比例为1:25的溶液作为淋洗剂,这样的比例可以将原料香叶醇与产物乙酸香叶酯进行很好的分离,再进行红外图谱、核磁图谱、质谱图谱进一步分析研究实验结果,以及可能出现的问题,并发掘更进一步的新实验方法来提高纯度和产率。5980

Study of the Synthesis of acetic anhydride with geraniol
Abstract: The major aim of this paper is to research the conditions of esterification reaction of geranyl acetate which was synthesized by geraniol and acetic anhydride. geranyl acetate would be obtained by column separation method, after that I would work on its spectrum of the product for structural analysis, its structure may produce by-products. Use of geraniol and acetic anhydride esterification geranyl acetate synthesis, and carries on the extraction, drying, column chromatography and a series of post-processing step, after get the target product. Among them, Then the solution was purified by silica gel column, using ethyl acetate: petroleum ether=1:25 solution as the eluent to separate geranyl acetate .Then IR, NMR, MS spectra analysis.
