摘 要:本论文采用脂环族环氧树脂3,4-环氧环己基甲酸-3',4'-环氧环己基甲酯(UVR6103)和谷氨酸钠作原料,合成了环氧-谷氨酸钠,并调节不同的固含量制备得到了相应的水性环氧涂料。通过改变UVR6103和谷氨酸钠的物料比、反应温度和反应时间,确定了最佳的合成方案:反应最佳温度为90℃、反应最佳时间为8h、UVR6103和谷氨酸钠的反应最佳物料比为1:0.6、在这个反应方案下所得涂料热固化成膜的性能最佳。涂膜具有良好的耐黄化性,耐化学品性及优异的机械性能,且工艺所需原料价格低廉,施工过程简单易行。35596 毕业论文关键词:水性环氧树脂;改性;防腐涂料
Modification and Study of Waterborne Epoxy Anti-corrosive Coatings
Abstract:In the paper alicyclic epoxy resin UVR6103 and sodium glutamate were used as raw materials to synthesize waterborne epoxy resin-sodium glutamate,and its solid content was regulated to prepare a series of waterborne epoxy resin coatings.By changing the epoxy UVR6103 and sodium glutamate’s ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time,to determine optimum condition of the reaction:the best reactive temperature is 90 ℃,and the best reactive time is 8 hours,the best reactive ratio of UVR6103 to sodium glutamate is 1:0.6.Under above optimum condition the thermal cured film had the best performances.The film had good yellowing resistance,chemical resistance and excellent physical properties,and its raw materials needed in this process were cheap and its construction process was simple.
