摘 要:噻唑是个含有一个氮和一个硫的五元杂环化合物,它是一类很好的有机合成试剂。有很多重要的精细化工原料和中间体为噻唑杂环化合物。一般我们用它合成药物、染料、杀菌剂和橡胶促进剂等。现有多种合成噻唑类化合物的方法,在这里我们采用半胱胺盐类与芳腈化合物合成二氢噻唑类化合物。其中我们研究了反应的温度、溶剂、反应物摩尔比和碱等因素,最终探究出了一个绿色、简便、高效的路径,即把芳腈和半胱胺盐作为原料,用DBH作为反应催化剂,以二氯甲烷为溶剂,在常温下合成。这种方法具有适用性广、收率高、后处理简便、反应条件温和、环境友好等特点。35595 毕业论文关键词:二氢噻唑;半胱胺盐酸盐;溶剂;碱
The Synthesis of Thiazolines
Abstract:Thiazole is a five member heterocycle compound consisting of hydrogen and sulfur,a kind of good organic synthesis reagent.There are a lot of materials of important fine chemicals and some reaction intermediate which are kinds of thiazole heterocyclic compound.Usually,we use it to compound medicine,dye bactericide,rubber accelerator and so on.There are many ways to compound thiazole.We adopt the way that the cysteamine salts and aromatic nitriles compound combine the thiazole.And we research the temperature of reaction,solvent,reactant mole ration and other factors,lastly probing an environmental,simply,efficiently way,what’s that we use the aromatic nitriles and cysteamine as materials,the DBH as reaction catalyst,the CH2Cl2 as solvent to compound thiazole in normal temperature.This way has the characteristics of wide applicability,high recycle,simply post-dealing,moderate reaction condition and pro-environmental.
