摘要:稀土元素对钛酸钡的掺杂,其中采用BaCO3和TiO2为原料,NaCl和KCl作为复利用熔融盐法完成稀土元素钇合熔融盐体系,掺入稀土氧化物Y2O3、Pr6O11。通过X衍射仪以及扫描电镜对样品的表征,研究稀土钇、镨在BaTiO3系晶粒中的影响,发现可抑制晶粒生长,使晶粒尺寸变小,体密度增高,呈现细晶效应。35598 毕业论文关键词:钛酸钡;稀土掺杂;细晶效应;熔融盐合成
The Synthesis of Batio3 Doped with Rare-earth Scandium and Performance Research
Abstract:Praseodymium doping of the rare earth element which uses the BaCO3 and TiO2 as raw material after NaCl and KCl as molten salt method is used to complete the rare earth element yttrium in molten salt system mixed rare earth oxide Y2O3 Pr6O11. By X-ray diffractometer and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) characterization of the samples the influence of rare earth yttrium praseodymium in BaTiO3 is grain found that inhibits grain growth make the smaller grain size higher volume density grain refining effect.
