摘 要:本实验以丙烯酸(AA) 、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为主要原料,以N,N´-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,采用分步法制备互穿网络水凝胶。该实验研究了此水凝胶的溶胀动力学,测得干凝胶在将近24个小时后达到溶胀平衡,接下来又分别探究了在不同温度、pH和盐溶液浓度下水凝胶的溶胀率,得出结论:随着温度的上升,水凝胶的溶胀率呈递减的趋势。溶液的碱性越强,水凝胶吸水性越好,在pH大于8以后,吸水性能缓和并基本达到稳定。当水凝胶所处的外界环境浓度升高时,凝胶的溶胀率呈快速递减的趋势。36211 毕业论文关键词:N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮;丙烯酸;聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺);互穿网络水凝胶;温度敏感性;溶胀率
The Preparation and Properties of Poly N- vinylpyrrolidone / Poly acrylic /Poly (N- isopropylacrylamide) Interpenetrating Network Hydrogel
Abstract:We used acrylic acid (AA),N- vinylpyrrolidone and N-isopropyl acrylamide as the main raw materials,N,N´- methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBA) as a crosslinking agent,potassium persulfate as an initiator,to make interpenetrating network hydrogel by sub-step method.The experimental studied the swelling kinetics of this hydrogel,found that dry gel reached swelling equilibrium after nearly 24 hours.And then we explored the swelling rate of this hydrogel at different temperature,pH,salt solution concentration,it concluded that:as the temperature rises,the hydrogel swelling ratio showed a decreasing trend.The stronger the solution alkalinity is,the better the water absorbing hydrogels.The absorbency began to ease and become stable basically after pH exceed 8.When the concentration of the external environment in which the hydrogel lived increases,the swelling rate was rapidly decreasing.
