摘 要:采用C18(5L,4.6mm*250mm)反相色谱柱,流动相:v(甲醇):v(0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液)=(10:90),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长230nm,柱温30℃,进样量5L的高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中甜剂安赛密、糖精钠和防腐剂苯甲酸、山梨酸的含量。本方法的加标回收率为94.31%~104.7%,相对标准偏差均小于2%。该法可用于各种食品样品的直接测定。36212 毕业论文关键词:高效液相色谱法;安赛密;苯甲酸;山梨酸;糖精钠
HPLC Method for Determination of Four Kinds of Additives in Food at The Same Time
Abstract:Using C18(5μL,4.6mm*250mm) reversed phase chromatographic column determination in food sweetener saccharin sodium and preservatives,arcelormittal honey,the content of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and Saccharin sodium by the following conditions. mobile phase:v(methanol):v(0.02mol/L ammonium acetate solution)=10:90,velocity 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength of 230 nm, 30°C column temperature,amount of sample 5L.The method of standard addition recovery was 95.05%~104.7%,relative standard deviation is Less than 2%.The method can be used for the direct determination of various food samples.
