摘要: 采用复凝聚法制备的微胶囊具有效率高的特点,本实验以壳聚糖和三聚磷酸钠为复合壁材,液体茉莉香精为芯材,利用复凝聚法制备香精微胶囊,并利用电子显微镜、红外光谱、热重分析等检测技术对制备的香精微胶囊的形态特征、结构、热稳定性等物理特性进行分析与表征。考察了体系pH值、乳化剂用量、芯壁比等单因素条件对制备的香精微胶囊包埋效果的影响。得出结论,壳聚糖/三聚磷酸钠复合壁材可以包覆茉莉香精,得到球形固体香精微胶囊。当壳聚糖/三聚磷酸钠配比为2:1,体系pH值取6.5,乳化剂HLB值取10,芯壁比为3:1,乳化剂用量为5%时包埋效率最高为38.17%。36839 毕业论文关键字: 香精;微胶囊;壳聚糖;三聚磷酸钠
Preparation of chitosan / sodium salt sodium phosphate essential microcapsules
Abstract:The yield and efficiency of microencapsulation by complex coacervation are high. In this experiment, chitosan and sodium sodium phosphate were used as composite wall material, liquid jasmine essence as core material, and microcapsules of essence microcapsules were prepared by complex coagulation. And use of biological microscopes, infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis techniques such as testing essence microcapsules morphology, composition and thermal performance analysis and characterization. Discusses the effect of the single factor conditions such as pH value, emulsifier dosage, core wall ratio and so on the embedding effect of the essential microcapsules. The that the compound wall of chitosan / sodium phosphate can cover jasmine essence, get the spherical solid essence microcapsules. When chitosan / sodium ratio of sodium phosphate was 2:1, the cured PH was 6.5, the emulsifier HLB value 10, core wall ratio of 3:1, the dosage of emulsifier was 5% ,the embedding efficiency of the emulsifier was 38.17% .
