摘要:磷酸铁锂是锂离子电池的正极材料之一。本文采用水热法合成LiFePO4并研究了反应条件如反应时间、反应温度和溶液的pH等对合成材料的相结构、形貌等的影响,试图找到合成磷酸铁锂的最佳反应时间、反应温度和pH值。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对材料的物相和形貌特征进行分析与讨论。结果表明,所制得的磷酸铁锂样品都为橄榄石型结构,空间群为pnma,反应条件对LiFePO4的晶体结构和电化学性能有很大影响,合成磷酸铁锂时要进行一系列的对比实验找到合适的反应时间、温度和pH。36916 毕业论文关键词:锂离子电池;磷酸铁锂;水热法;电化学性能
Synthesis and Electrochemical Performance of Lithium Iron Phosphate
Abstract:Lithium iron phosphate is one of the lithium ion battery cathode material.In this paper,the hydrothermal synthesis of LiFePO4 and the influence of the reaction conditions such as reaction time,reaction temperature and pH on the phase structure and morphology of the obtained materials were investigated.The phase structure and morphology of the obtained materials were characterized by X ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),etc.The results showed that the lithium iron phosphate samples are all olivine type structure,with the space group of Pnma.The reaction conditions of LiFePO4 have great influence on the crystal structure and electrochemical properties,and the optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of lithium iron phosphate are found through a series of comparative experiments.
