摘 要:本文采用熔融盐法,实验过程中通过控制掺杂Er、Yb等稀土金属元素在反应试剂中的摩尔比例、煅烧温度、煅烧升温时间、恒温时间等,获得不同组的BaTiO3。将获得的纳米晶片进行XRD、SEM表征,从而观察Yb、Er等稀土元素对钛酸钡形貌和性能的影响。37556 毕业论文关键词:BaTiO3;稀土掺杂;熔融盐法;形貌特征
The Synthesis and Performance Research of BaTO3 Doped with Rare Earth Erbium
Abstract:the molten salt method is adopted in this paper.the experimental process was by controlling the doping rare earth metal element such as Er Yb in molar ratio of reagents reaction heating calcining temperature,calcining time and constant temperature time,to get different sets of BaTiO3.In order to observe Yb、Er and other rare-earth elements acting on morphology and properties of BaTiO3.The geted nanometer chips were characterized by XRD、SEM.
