摘 要:本论文以钛酸正丁酯为钛源,叔丁醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米颗粒,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见吸收光谱、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术手段对其结构进行了表征。以甲基橙溶液为目标降解物,在300W 汞灯照射下甲基橙溶液进行光催化降解实验。结果表明,通过该方法合成的TiO2纳米颗粒为锐钛矿型结构,对甲基橙溶液具有良好的光催化性能,降解率达到95%左右。同时,并对TiO2光催化材料未来发展趋势进行了展望。37559 毕业论文关键词:纳米二氧化钛;溶胶-凝胶法;表征;光催化
The Preparation of Nano-TiO2 by Sol-gel Method And The Study on Its Performance
Abstract:TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared with tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and tert-butanol as solvent sol-gel method.The materials were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR)、Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis)、X-ray diffraction (XRD)、scanning electron microscopy (SEM),respectively.The nano- TiO2 photocatalyst was tested by the degradation experiment of methyl orange solution with the irradiation of 300W mercury lamp.The results suggested that the TiO2 nanoparticles by this method had the advantages of pure anatase and excellent good photocatalytic performance,the degradation of methyl orange solution rate is around 95%.Meanwhile,the development in the future of titania photocatalytic materials was prospected.
