摘要:通过往土样加标得到的回收率,获得最佳提取剂及用量、最佳超声时间等测定污泥中壬基酚(NP)的最佳条件,为污泥中该类污染物的监测提供指导。结果显示不同有机溶剂的超声提取效率依次为二氯甲烷-甲醇 > 正己烷-丙酮> 石油醚-甲醇。样品采用二氯甲烷-甲醇(9∶1) 超声提取,高效液相色谱检测,得出最优超声时间为25 min,料液比最佳为1:10。 38395 毕业论文关键词:壬基酚、污泥、高效液相色谱
Optimization Conditions for determining Nonylphenol in Municipal Sludge
Abstract:The optimal conditions for nonylphenol(NP )determination, such as extraction agents, dosage, ultrasound time, were obtained by soil samples spiked recovery.The provided guidance for monitoring such pollutants in sludge. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction efficiency of different organic solvents were methylene chloride-methanol>hexane-acetone>petroleumether-methanol. The sample by using dichloromethane methanol (9: 1) ultrasonic extraction, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) determination, the optimal ultrasonic time 25 min, and optimal solid-liquid ratio 1:10 were obtained.
