Synthesis of Indole-Spiro Pyrazole[3,4-b]pyridine Derivatives under Microwave Irradiation
Abstract: The reaction of indole-spiro pyrazole[3,4-b]pyridine accompanied with high yields has been completed with the assistance of microwave irradiation. This derivatives are produced by the action of the raw materials of this reaction containing 5-aminopyrazole, isatins and benzoyl acetonitrile in acetic acid. This kind of compounds is obtained by the method of using three-component into one-pot manipulation, which is an effective form to produce a series of new indoles. What’s more, it has many advantages such as simple operation, mild conditions. Short reaction periods and high reaction efficiency are also the advantages of this reaction.
