摘 要:二氧化钛具有独特的光催化活性,在污水处理、空气净化等方面效果显著。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法,用钛酸丁酯制备二氧化钛,探究在不同条件下合成的二氧化钛的光催化活性。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM),对复合物的形貌、比表面积以及颗粒粒径进行了表征。结果表明,光催化剂的最佳合成条件为:钛酸丁酯的用量为20mL,600℃高温煅烧,持续时间8h;光催化反应的最佳条件是:当甲基橙的浓度为8mg/L时,溶液的pH为4左右,光催化剂的用量为0.07g,光催化时间最短。40034 毕业论文关键词:TiO2;溶胶-凝胶法;新型光催化材料;光催化活性
Synthesis and Photocatalytic Performance of TiO2-based Photocatalysts
Abstract:Titanium dioxide has a unique photocatalytic activity, has a significant effect in sewage treatment, air purification and other aspects.We use butyl titanate preparate titanium dioxide by Sol-Gel method, and explore the photo reaction time and calcination temperature conditions.By using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the morphology of the complexes, the specific surface area and particle size were characterized.The results showed that the optimum catalyst synthesis conditions are as follows: the amount of butyl titanate is 20mL, the temperature calcination is 600oC, duration of 8h; the best conditions of titanium dioxide's photocatalytic properties is: When the concentration of methyl orange is 8mg/L, and pH of the solution is about 4, the amount of catalyst was 0.07g, the time of photocatalytic is the shortest.
