摘 要:巯基小分子广泛存在与生物体系中,它们对生物体尤其是人体细胞的的新陈代谢起着至关重要且又无可替代的作用。是故,定量的去测定细胞内巯基小分子浓度是非常重要的,对研究细胞功能更是至关重要。荧光探针检测技术很受大家关注和欢迎,它可以实时检测且选择性好、灵敏度高更有操作简便等优点,是一种新型的检测手段。本文介绍了检测巯基小分子荧光探针的不同分类、荧光探针识别原理及其合成过程,并对下一步的研究工作进行了安排,同时就该研究领域的未来发展方向进行了展望。40037 毕业论文关键词:荧光探针;巯基;合成;原理;展望
The Design and Synthesis of Small Molecular Fluorescent Probe for Thiols
Abstract:Intracellular small-molecular-weight mercapto biomolecules play important roles in maintaining biological systems.Therefore, the quantification of the concentration of intracellular mercapto biomolecules is of great significance for studying cell function.Fluorescent probes technique was popular welcome.It is high sensitive,selective,can be real-time detected and more simple to operate,which is a new ways of detection.In this paper,the classification of fluorescent probe detecting mercapto biomolecules、the recognition mechanism and synthesis of fluorescent probe were introduced and the next research work was arranged.Meanwhile,in the future,the possible development trend was extremely prospected.
