摘要:本文采用水热法制备形貌规整、尺寸均一、发光性能优异的NaYF4 : Yb3+, Er3+纳米材料,借助X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪等分析技术研究不同反应物浓度配比、不同反应温度、反应时间条件对合成产物的物相、形貌和尺寸的影响。测试表明:当反应温度为180℃,反应时间为12h时候,稀土离子比例Y:Yb:Er=39:10:1时得到样品发光效果最好,均发出亮红光。40102 毕业论文关键词:上转换发光;水热法;NaYF4: Yb,Er
The Research Progress of Upconversion Luminescence Materials
Abstract: With the uniform size made by hydrothermal method, nano materials NaYF4:Yb3+ , Er3+makes use of analysis technologies such as X ray diffraction instrument (XRD), scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM), and UV visible spectrophotometer to study the influence of different reactant temperature,time, and concentration on the synthesis phase, morphology and size. This analysis reveals that the sample of the rare earth ions has the best luminescence with the proportion of Y:Yb:Er=39:10:1 when the temperature is 180℃, the time is 12 hours.
