摘 要:本实验由对羧基苯肼(PCPH)和乙酰乙酸乙酯在无水乙醇中合成中间体1-对羧基苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(MPBA),再由中间体MPBA和苯甲酰氯在1,4-二氧吹冰环中合成了目标产物4-(5-(苯甲酸基)-3-甲基-1H-吡唑基)苯甲酸(BMPBA)。并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)仪、X-射线单晶衍射(XRD)仪等对其进行表征。结果表明:BMPBA熔点为203.8~206.0℃。目标产物比原料多出一个吸收峰1756cm-1,该吸收峰归属于不饱和酯的羰基吸收峰。BMPBA的分子式为C8H16N2O5,其晶体为黄色结晶,属于三斜晶系。通过O–H•••O、O–H•••N氢键作用,配位单元形成沿b轴的一文长链结构。40103 毕业论文关键词:对羧基苯肼;吡唑啉酮;结构
Synthesis and Characterization of
4-(5-(Benzoyloxy)-3-Methyl-1H-Pyrazol-1-yl)Benzoic Acid
Abstract:In this paper,acylpyrazolone 4-(3-Methyl-5-oxo-2-pyrazolin-1-yl)benzoic acid (MPBA) was prepared by a reaction of 4-Hydrazinobenzoic acid and acetylacetic ether.Then MPBA as intermediate,benzoyl chloride as acylating agent,1,4-dioxane as solvent,thus,4-(5-(benzoyloxy)-3-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)benzoic acid(BMPBA)was synthesized.The structure of BMPBA was characterized by FT- IR、single crystal method of X-ray diffractometry and the melting point of BMPBA was tested.The melting point of target product is 203.8~206.0°C.The FT-IR shown that BMPBA has one more absorption pake of 1756cm-1 than PCPH,which belongs to the unsaturated ester carbonyl absorption pake.C8H16N2O5 is the molecular formula of BMPBA.The crystal of BMPBA is yellow,which belongs to triclinic.Coordination unit makes a one dimensional (1D) chain structure along the b axis by O–H•••O、O–H•••N hydrogen bonds.
