摘 要:本设计是为了吸收年产量为17万吨的硫酸生产过程中的三氧化硫而设计的吸收填料塔。为避免吸收过程中烟雾的形成,本设计用浓硫酸作为吸收剂,并采用高温吸收工艺。硫酸从塔上部喷淋,含三氧化硫的的混合气体从塔底部进入。其中入塔气体温度180℃,酸温选择为80℃。该设计主要内容包括:填料塔及填料的选择和初步设计,塔径的计算,填料层高度的计算,压力降的核算等。40603 毕业论文关键词:吸收填料塔;三氧化硫吸收;硫酸生产;塔工艺设计
The Process Design of Packed Tower which Absorption of Sulfur Trioxide in Sulfuric Acid Production
Abstract :This is designed to absorb the annual output of 170,000 tons of sulfuric acid production process is designed to absorb sulfur trioxide packed tower.To avoid the formation of smoke absorption,the design with concentrated sulfuric acid as an absorbent,and high-temperature absorption process.Sulfuric acid from the upper portion of the spray tower,a mixed gas containing sulfur trioxide enters from the bottom of the tower.Where in the tower gas temperature 180℃,acid temperature is selected as 80℃.The design of the main contents include:packing and packing column selection and preliminary design,column diameter calculation,calculate the height of the packing layer,the pressure drop of accounting and other.
