摘要:利用溶剂的酸碱性原理,建立以以冰乙酸为溶剂,用高氯酸的冰乙酸标准溶液滴定的非水滴定法,以此来测定食品中糖精钠的含量的快速、高效、简单的方法。取脉动、雪碧、老冰棒三种试样进行分析,经过多次平行实验,标准偏差分别为0.16、0.29、0.44,相对标准偏差分别为2.97%、0.83%、2.00%,加标回收率分别为98.13%、98.13%、101.27%。该结果表明非水滴定法定量分析准确,具有较高的精密度,而且操作简单,测定成本低,便于广泛使用。40602 毕业论文关键词:非水滴定法;糖精钠;高氯酸;冰乙酸
Determination of Saccharin Sodium in Food by Nonaqueous Titration Method
Abstract:Making use of the principle of acid-base solvent,to establish with glacial acetic acid as solvent and perchloric acid glacial acetic acid standard solution titration nonaqueous titration method,in order to determination of the content of saccharin sodium in food fast,efficient and simple method.Pulsation,Sprite,Old popsicle three specimens were analyzed.Through a series of parallel experiments and standard deviation respectively to 0.16,0.29,0.44,relative standard deviation respectively 2.97%,0.83%,2.00%,the recovery rate was 98.13%,98.13%,101.27%.The results show that the quantitative analysis of non aqueous titration method is accurate,with high precision,and simple operation,low cost determination,wide application.
