摘要:本文以蔗糖为碳源,采用水热合成的方法,在中性环境中一步合成了具有良好发光性能的碳量子点。并通过荧光、紫外进行表征,制备碳量子点溶液在紫外灯照射下发出绿色荧光,其最大激发和发射波长分别位于320nm,435nm。探索了当蔗糖溶液浓度不同时,其对合成碳量子点的光学性能的影响,并通过对比其荧光光谱图发现,蔗糖溶液的浓度对碳量子点的光学性能并无太大的影响,通过研究不同修饰物对碳量子点光学性能的影响,发现碳量子点修饰后其荧光发射波长并未改变,但其发射强度对于有机和无机修饰物来说有明显的不同。18842 毕业论文关键词:碳量子点;水热合成;光学性能
Hydrothermal Synthesis and Optical Properties of Carbon Quantum Dots
Abstract: In this paper, carbon quantum dots with good fluorescence property were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal synthesis using sucrose as carbon source, and characterized by PL and UV-vis spectra. The results indicate that the maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of carbon quantum dots solution are at 320nm and 435nm, respectively. Carbon quantum dots solution emit green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. The effect of different concentration of sucrose solution on the fluorescence properties of the carbon quantum dots was studied by comparing the PL spectra, and it is found that the concentration of sucrose solution is not significant impacting on the carbon quantum dots fluorescence properties. The fluorescence properties of carbon quantum dots which modified by different materials showed that the emission wavelength of modified carbon quantum dots does not change, but carbon quantum dots modified by the organic and inorganic material has a significantly effect on the emission intensity.
