摘要:农药残留是指因使用的农药在一定时期内没有被完全降解而残留在人类或动、植物体内的微量农药原体、有毒物质、降解物质和杂质的统称,农药残留会严重危害人类的身体健康。因此,准确快速地检测不同农产品中的农药残留的研究具有非常重要的实际意义和应用价值。41266
 本论文以包菜、胡萝卜、苹果、葡萄等果蔬为研究基质,以19种有机氯和7种拟除虫菊酯作为分析对象,建立了QuEChERS联合气相色谱法快速检测不同果蔬中的不同农药残留。通过研究,本论文:1)确定了同时测定7种菊酯类农药的GC-MS检测条件,通过该方法得到胡萝卜、番茄样品中7种菊酯类农药的加标回收率为78.95~93.49%,方法的检出限为0.30~2.7mg/L,并对7种菊酯类农药进行了定性和定量分析。2)确定了同时测定19种有机氯农药的GC-ECD检测条件,通过该方法得到包菜、苹果和黄瓜样品中19种有机氯农药的加标回收率为70.14~109.96%,方法的检出限为0.020~0.204mg/L,可同时对19种有机氯农药进行定性、定量分析。所得实验结果表明,该方法具有快速、简单、安全、可靠等优点,可适用于各类果蔬中农药残留的测定。

QuEChERS - gas chromatographic method for rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables
Abstract: Pesticide residue is due to the use of pesticides in a certain period of time has not been completely degradation and residue of trace pesticides in human or animal and plant body of the original body, general toxic substances and degradation substances and impurities, pesticide residues can cause serious damage to human body health.To detect accurately and rapidly, therefore, different study of pesticide residues in agricultural products has very important practical significance and application value.
In this paper, such as cabbage, carrot, apple, grape fruit and vegetables for the study of matrix, with 19 kinds of organochlorine and 7 kinds of pyrethroid as analysis object, established the QuEChERS combined gas chromatography method for rapid detection of different different pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.Through research, this thesis: 1) to determine the determination of 7 kinds of strain at the same time pesticide GC - MS detection conditions, carrot, tomato sample is obtained by the method of 7 kinds of strain pesticide standard addition recovery rate is 78.95 ~ 93.49%, the method detection limit of 0.30 ~ 2.7 mg/L, 7 kinds of strain and the pesticide has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis.2) to determine the simultaneous determination of 19 kinds of organochlorine pesticide GC - ECD detection conditions, cabbage, apple, and is obtained by the method of 19 kinds of organochlorine pesticides in cucumber sample standard addition recovery rate is 70.14 ~ 109.96%, the method detection limit of 0.020 ~ 0.204 mg/L, at the same time of 19 kinds of qualitative and quantitative analysis of organochlorine pesticides.Experimental results show that the method has the advantages of rapid, simple, safe, reliable, and can be applied to all kinds of the determination of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
