摘要:本文概括介绍了导电油墨的主要成分、类别及应用情况,阐明了导电油墨在印制电子技术中的重要性。通过对无机型、有机导电高分子型和有机金属分解型等不同种类导电油墨的导电性能和优缺点进行分析,指出当前导电油墨研发技术中存在的问题;并结合目前国内外导电油墨的研究现状,指出提高新型导电油墨导电性能、改进其印刷适性以及降低制作成本是今后的主要研发方向。在已出现的各种新型导电油墨中,纳米金属导电油墨、有机高分子导电油墨、有机金属分解导电油墨分别具有各自独特的优点,有望成为将来的主流技术。以改性环氧树脂作为连结料,导电炭黑、导电石墨作为导电填料,加上适量的固化剂、溶剂和分散剂,制备了改性环氧树脂基导电油墨。6717

Preparation Technology and Properties of Conductive Inks
Abstract:In this paper,the main composition,the classification and the applications of conductive inks were overall introduced,and the importance of conductive inks in printed circuit industry was also explained.The conductivity properties,the advantages and disadvantages of various conductive inks including organic and inorganic conductive inks,the organometallic inks and so on were also analysed.Moreover,the current technical problems of conductive inks were pointed out.Combined with the research status of conductive inks at home and abroad.it would be research emphases to enhance the conductive properties,improve the printability and low cost of preparation techniques of conductive inks in the future. In the different types of conductive inks,the nano-scale metallic inks,the organic polymer-based inks,the organometallic inks will be the main technology in the future.Conductive ink was prepared with modified epoxy resin as binding agent,conductive black and graphite as conductive fillers,also with curing agents,solvent and dispersant added.
