摘 要:本设计是为了分离处理量20000吨/年的苯-甲苯混合液而设计的板式精馏塔,其中原料混合液中苯含量为40%(质量分数,下同),要求分离后产品中苯含量不低于98%,而塔釜出料中苯含量不高于2%。这个设计的主要内容包括苯-甲苯分离过程精馏塔的物料衡算,精馏塔塔高计算中确定理论板层数,精馏塔的工艺条件和计算相关物性数据,还有计算精馏塔的塔高、塔径的和精馏塔压降。这个设计的应用性较强,计算较精确,符合实际生产中的工艺要求,具有相对很高的理论研究价值。7289

Design of 20,000 Tons of Benzene - Toluene Plate Distillation
Abstract:This design is the distillation column that in order to separate the handing capacity of 20000 tons annual of benzene toluene mixture, the benzene content of raw material mixture is 40% (mass fraction, the same below), for not less than 98% benzene content after separation, and the tower kettle out of not more than 2% benzene content material balance process of distillation tower, determine the theoretical plate number of distillation column height calculation of distillation tower, process conditions and calculation of the correlation properties, and the calculation of distillation tower, tower diameter and distillation column pressure drop. The design of the application is stronger, more accurate calculation to meet the requirements of process with a relatively high research value in theory.
