摘要:本研究论文主要以纤文素为壁材,以紫外线吸收剂二苯甲酮-3为芯材,制备成水包油型的微粒粒子,并对影响乳液粒子粒径大小、包埋率等因素进行了考察,在此基础上,将制备的包覆了紫外线吸收剂的乳液粒子加入防晒霜中,并对制备的防晒霜进行稳定性评价。结果表明:得到的包覆二苯甲酮-3的水包油型乳液粒子为核-壳结构呈球形;通过纳米激光粒度分析仪测得平均粒径在100~300nm;通过紫外可见分光光度计测得二苯甲酮-3包埋率在7%~15%之间,利用该粒子制备得到的防晒霜具有良好的稳定性能,该粒子具有潜在的应用前景。7310

Sunscreens containing UV absorber coating Preparation and efficacy evaluation
Abstract:This study mainly cellulose as wall material to UV absorber benzophenone-3 as the core material, oil in water were prepared particles particles, and particle size emulsion particles impact, embedding rate and other factors were investigation, on this basis, the prepared emulsion coated with a UV absorber particles added to sunscreen, sunscreen and prepared for stability evaluation. The results showed that: the resulting coated benzophenone-3 oil in water type emulsion particles as core - shell structure spherical; through nanometer laser particle size analyzer measured an average particle size of 100 ~ 300nm; through UV-visible spectrophotometry meter measured benzophenone-3 embedding rate of 7% to 15%, and use of the particles prepared by the sunscreen has a good stability of the particles have potential applications.
