AlCl3 catalyzed F-C acylation reaction of kaolin load
Abstract:In this paper, a Lewis acid immobilization be explored, especially the temperature and the temperature of the load contact between the catalyst and kaolin on the efficiency of the catalyst to do some exploring. Commonly used in the Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction of the catalyst made of the optimum AlCl3 catalytic conditions, respectively, at 100 ℃, 110 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃, the catalyst after the burning of the load 140 ℃, so the catalytic Friedel -Crafts acylation, experiments show that kaolin load of aluminum chloride is a good catalyst for the synthesis of acetophenone, the results of the study indicate that pre-ignition temperature of 120 ℃, catalyst efficiency with slightly higher ignition temperature rise at 120 ℃ with the ignition temperature increases, the catalyst efficiency decreases rapidly.
