摘 要:取代嘧啶是重要的合成中间体,4,6-二甲基-2-羟基嘧啶目前在有机合成特别是在药物合成中已得到广泛的应用。本论文通过两步反应合成目标产物。首先以乙酰丙酮和尿素为原料反应得到中间体4,6-二甲基-2-羟基嘧啶盐酸盐,然后再与氢氧化钠反应得到4,6-二甲基-2-羟基嘧啶。合成中间体和目标产物利用红外光谱、熔点、元素分析等进行了结构表征。为了合成更多取代的嘧啶,我们设计并合成了取代乙酰丙酮——重氮苯基乙酰丙酮,并通过红外光谱、元素分析等对重氮苯基乙酰丙酮进行了表征。重氮盐的合成是以苯胺作为原料与亚硝酸在酸性条件下发生重氮化反应来生成的。

Synthesis of 4,6- two Based -2- hydroxy Pyrimidine
Abstract:Substituted pyrimidine are important synthetic intermediates. 4,6- two methyl -2- hydroxy pyrimidine in organic synthesis, especiallly has been widely used in drug synthesisy. In this paper, the synthesis of the target product two step reaction, First with acetylacetone and urea as raw material obtained from the reaction of intermediate 4,6- two methyl -2- hydroxy pyrimidine hydrochloride, then, The structures were characterized by infrared spectrometry of synthetic intermediates and target products, melting point, element analysis. In order to synthesize more substituted pyrimidine, we design and synthesis substituted acetyl acetone---diazonium phenyl acetyl acetone was synthesized, and the diazonium phenyl acetyl acetone were characterized by infrared spectrometry, elemental analysis etc. Synthesis of the diazonium salt with aniline as the starting materials and nitrite reaction under acidic conditions to generate.
