摘 要: 本论文以苯甲酸和甲醇为原料,以N-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐[Hmim]HSO4离子液体作催化剂,制备苯甲酸甲酯。通过正交实验,全面的考察了反应时间、N-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐离子液体催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间等因素对苯甲酸甲酯收率的影响,对制备苯甲酸甲酯的工艺进行了优化,同时获得了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:苯甲酸与甲醇的摩尔比1:3,反应时间3h,反应温度130ºC,离子液体用量1mL。在最佳工艺条件下,苯甲酸甲酯的收率可达到90%。7557

Research on Application of P-hydroxybenzoic Acid Ester Synthesis of Ionic Liquids
Abstract: In this paper, benzoic acid and n-butanol as raw materials, N-methylimidazole bisulfate [Hmim] HSO4 ionic liquid as catalyst, benzoic acid, n-butyl. By orthogonal experiment, a comprehensive study of the reaction time, the impact of N-methylimidazole bisulfate ionic liquid catalyst, mole ratio, reaction time on the yield of n-butyl benzoate, benzoic acid for the preparation of n-butyl esters optimized process while gaining the optimum conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions are: benzoic acid and n-butanol molar ratio of 1:3, reaction time 3h, the reaction temperature is 130 ℃, the ionic liquid dosage 1mL. Under optimum conditions, the yield of n-butyl benzoate can reach 90%.
