摘 要:本文采用静电纺丝法制备稀土离子(LaPO4,Ce3+/Tb3+)/聚氯乙烯复合纳米纤文,通过调节聚氯乙烯溶液浓度、稀土离子掺杂浓度、推进速度等工艺条件,实现了LaPO4,Ce3+/Tb3+与PVC的复合,制备出直径分布均匀、具有荧光效果的复合纳米纤文。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和荧光光谱(FS)对纤文的形态、力学性能和发光性能进行表征。着重讨论了电纺溶液的浓度、推进速度、稀土离子掺杂浓度等因素对复合纳米纤文表面形态的影响。SEM照片表明细胞在纤文表面的良好附着与增殖。与纯PVC纤文对比,复合纤文具有较好的发光性能,荧光显微镜方便我们做细微的观察。这类纤文可以应用在组织工程。7501

Fabrication and Properties of Electrospinning Rare Earth Ions/PVC Composite Nanofibers
Abstract: In this paper, we fabricated a series of rare earth ions (LaPO4,Ce3+/Tb3+)/ polyvinyl chloride (PVC) nanofibers by electrospinning technology rare earth ions/ using different process conditions. Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fluorescence spectra (FS) were used to be characterized on the fiber morphology, mechanical properties, and optical luminescence properties of the composite nanofibers. In addition, effects of solution concentration, spinning flow rate, concentration of rare earth ions on the morphology and properties of rare earth ions/PVC composite nanofibers were discussed.
