摘 要:以超细高岭土为载体,负载KHSO4作为催化剂,以正丁醇与冰乙酸为原料合成乙酸正丁酯为例,探讨了超细高岭土负载KHSO4催化剂对酯化反应的催化性能。较系统地研究了醇酸配比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间等因素对酯化反应收率的影响.。实验表明,超细高岭土负载KHSO4催化剂是合成乙酸正丁酯的良好的催化剂,固定正丁醇的用量为0.100 mol,设定油浴温度为1200C,在n(冰乙酸)∶ n(正丁醇)=2.0∶1.0,催化剂用量为反应原料总质量的1.00%,带水剂环己烷占反应原料总体积的百分比40%反应时间为60 min的优化条件下,乙酸正丁酯的收率可达89.5%。 关键词:高岭土负载硫酸氢钾;催化;乙酸丁酯;酯化反应7559
Catalytic Synthesis of N-butyl Acetate by Potassium Bisulfate Supported on Kaolin
Abstract: The kaolin supported potassium bisulfate was prepared and used as catalyst to synthesize n-butyl acetate with glacial acetic acid and n-butyl alcohol, investigating the catalytic activity of the kaolin supported potassium bisulfate for esterification. Experimental system to study the alkyd ratio, amount of catalyst, the amount of water-carrying agent, reaction time and other factors on the yield of the ester. The experiments show that, kaolin supported potassium bisulfate is a good catalyst for the synthesis of butyl acetate, fixed the amount of n-butyl alcohol to 0.100 mol, oil bath temperature of 1200C, under the optimized conditions which are n(glacial acetic acid): n (n-butyl alcohol) = 2.0: 1.0, the amount of catalyst reaction 1.00% of the total mass of the raw materials, cyclohexane share of the total volume of the reaction raw material 400/0, the reaction time was 60 min, the yield of n-butyl acetate may up to 89.5%.
