摘要:石油管道硫化亚铁的处理已经越来越引起人们的重视。本研究在综述硫化亚铁形成机理及钝化剂研究现状的基础上,利用硫化铜和硫化亚铁在水中溶度积的差异,设计了一种新型的硫化亚铁钝化剂—硫酸铜。并主要探讨了 pH值、反应时间,Cu/Fe摩尔比对硫化亚铁钝化效果的影响,同时以 EDTA为钝化剂进行了对比。结果表明硫酸铜是一种较好的硫化亚铁钝化剂,室温下铜铁比 1:1,pH在4.3-5左右,反应基本在 2h左右可完成,其溶出率可达 80%左右。7606

Abstract:The treatment of ferrous sulfide (FeS) formed in the oil pipeline has drawn
great attention recently. In this study, on the basis of reviewing the formation
mechanism for FeS as well as recent progress in the development of passivating
reagent, novel passivating reagent of copper sulfate for FeS was designed according
to the difference in solubility product constant the for copper sulfide and FeS in water.
The influences of pH, reaction time and molar ratio of Cu/Fe on the passivating
efficiency of FeS were investigated, and compared with those using EDTA as the
passivating reagent. The results showed that the removal efficiency reached 80 % with
pH of 4.3-5, Cu/Fe molar ratio of 1:1 and reaction time of 2 h.
