彩色发烟剂在军事,消防,救生,农业上均有广泛的应用,但传统发烟剂配方中的氧化剂氯酸钾具有极高的化学反应活性,容易意外发火造成人员伤亡以及财产损失。本论文主要研究了新型氧化剂——改性硝酸钡在彩色发烟剂中的应用。首先通过对以氯酸钾为氧化剂的发烟剂配方进行制备与修正,找出最佳配方后,计算使用改性硝酸钡为氧化剂的新型彩色发烟剂。最后对新型发烟剂配方进行性能检测,主要包括利用远红外测温仪测定燃烧温度和燃烧速度,通过测定机械感度检测安全性能,发现以改性硝酸钡为氧化剂的发烟剂容易使发烟组分变色,但具有较高的稳定性,不容易意外发火,安全性较高。7607

Abstract
Color Smoke had a wide range of applications in the military, fire, rescue
and agriculture. Potassium chlorate in the traditional smoke formula has
a very high chemical reactivity, and easy to accidental ignition causing
casualties and property losses.This paper studies the application of a
Novel Oxidant - modified barium nitrate in color Smoke. First, by the
preparation and amendments of the traditional Smoke recipe, to find the
best formula to calculate the modified barium nitrate as the oxidant new
color Smoke. Finally, by the performance testing of the formulation of the
new Smoke, Including the use of far infrared thermometer for the
determination of the combustion temperature and combustion speed, the
mechanical sensitivity of detection by measuring the safety performance,
found that the smoke which use modified barium nitrate as the oxidant is
easy to change color, but with higher stability, and not easy to accidental
ignition and has higher security.
