本论文对采用高能球磨法制备的金属燃料在冷焰火配方中的燃烧光色性能进行研究。制备金属燃料的设备为 QM-3SP4 行星式球磨机,制备工艺为:250ml 不锈钢球磨罐,物料 50g,球料比 4:1,转速 250r/min,球磨时间 4~6h;共制备各种配比的铁钛合金、铁铋合金、钛锌合金、铁镍合金等 27种。采用 XRD分析了金属燃料的晶型、并采用玻璃量筒法测试其装填密度。检验金属燃料光色性能的冷焰火常用配方进行混药,金属粉需预先使用粘结剂进行造粒。实验结果显示,采用金属 粉配制的冷焰火燃烧 光强 0-100cd ,燃温 480-1000 ℃ ;燃速0.2-0.6g.cm-2
s-1,呈现出金黄色,银白色,紫色,蓝色,红色等燃烧光色。 7610

Title Preparation and photochromism performance of the multicolour metal fuel
Abstract
The cold fireworks formulations prepared by high energy ball milling of
metal fuel in the combustion performance of light and color research.
Equipment for the fabrication of metal fuel QM-3SP4 planetary ball mill,
the preparation process: 250ml stainless steel milling pot material 50g
ball to powder ratio of 4:1, speed 250r/min, milling time 6h; total
preparation of various proportions of iron titanium, iron, bismuth alloys,
titanium, zinc alloy, iron-nickel alloy and other 27 kinds. By XRD analysis
of the crystal form of the metal fuel, and glass graduated cylinder method
to test its packing density. Test the performance of metal fuel light color
cold fireworks commonly used formula for mixing drugs, the metal powder
in advance to use the binder for granulating. The experimental results show
that the combustion of metal powder prepared cold fireworks light intensity
0-100cd, fuel temperature 480-1000 ℃; burning rate of 0.2-0.6g.cm-2s-1,
showing the golden, silver and white, purple, blue , red and burning a light color.
