The Influence of Cooper Content to the Physical Parameter of Cu-MCM-41 by Hydrothermal Synthesizing
Abstract: The mesoporous molecular sieve Cu-MCM-41 was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method with TEOS, copper nitrate, sodium hydroxide as raw materials, and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) as template. The products were investigated by XRD and FT-IR techniques, respectively. The results suggested that, with the increase of copper content, the 100 crystal’s characteristic peaks of mesoporous molecular sieve Cu-MCM-41 became weaker. When copper content reached 1.60 mmol/g, the characteristic peaks (100) of mesoporous molecular sieve Cu-MCM-41 disappear, in addition, the CuO appeared in XRD (25-80º).
