摘要：本论文首先通过对酮甜型香气和醇甜型香气香精原料的嗅闻来熟悉香原料的理化特性及香气特征。熟识护发素的原料特性并制备护发素。随后选择合适的香原料配制多个不同香型梯度的香精并应用在护发素中。最后根据香精在护发素中香气的变化与对护发素中油腻气的掩盖效果对香精与护发素的配方进行修改。多次评价改善后选择出能使护发素香气清新、丰富、透发、无油腻气的配方。从而总结不同香型梯度的香精在护发素加香中主要起到掩盖油腻气，使香气舒适柔和的作用。52676

The Flavoring and Research of Osmanthus Essence in The Conditioner

Abstract: First of all, through this thesis sniffing ketone sweet aroma and alcohol sweet aroma’s fragrance of raw materials to become familiar with the physical and chemical properties of raw materials and fragrant aroma characteristics. Be familiar with the conditioner raw material properties and the preparation of the conditioner. Then choose the right fragrance ingredient a number of different flavor types gradients essence and application in the conditioner. According to the essence of the change of aroma in the conditioner and greasy smelling in the conditioner mask effect of essence formula is modified with the conditioner. Multiple evaluation can improve after selecting the conditioner aroma pure and fresh, rich, sending, non greasy formula of the smell. Thus summed up the essence of different flavor types mainly rise to hide in the conditioner spiced greasy smell, the aroma is comfortable and soft.
