摘要:本课题主要是采用丙烯酸酯类单体作为壁材来对桂花香精进行包覆来制备桂花香精胶囊,采用乳液聚合的方式,以香精利用率,载香量、感官香气、热重分析、红外谱图分析以及成膜的状态为考擦指标来优化桂花胶囊的制备工艺。结果表明,当香精与壁材的质量比是1:3时粒径是60.48nm,PDI是0.065,香精利用率是最高的,实际载香量接近理论载香量,胶囊自然风干成膜后硬度和状态是最合适的。当加入有机烷偶联剂时自然风干的膜都会变硬,而且都不会提高香精利用率和包覆率,因此制备桂花型胶囊时不应加入有机烷偶联剂,加入交联剂后会使自然风干的胶囊膜变硬,但是对香精利用率和包覆率没有影响,因此加入交联剂的用量是0.5%后膜的硬度以及状态是最合适的,当丙烯酸酯类的摩尔比是2:3时,粒径和PDI是最合适的,而且胶囊自然风干后成的膜的状态也是最优的,因此丙烯酸酯类的摩尔比是2:3时是最优的。52693

  Preparation of sweet scented osmanthus flavor microcapsules by Polyacrylate

Abstract:  This topic is mainly using methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate as wall material of osmanthus fragrance was coated to prepare microencapsulated sweet scented osmanthus, by way of emulsion polymerization and essence in order to utilization, fragrant amount, sensory aroma, thermal gravimetric analysis, infrared spectrum analysis and state of the membrane to test wipe index to optimize the sweet scented osmanthus micro capsule preparation process. The effect of the single factor, the ratio of the essence and the wall material, the amount of the crosslinking agent, the molar ratio of the wall material and the amount of ethyl silicate on the preparation of the microcapsules were mainly explored. Through the study of various indicators analysis of the experimental data. The results show that when the essence and wall material quality ratio is 1:3 when particle size is 60.48nm PDI is 0.065, flavor utilization rate is the highest, the actual fragrant weights close to the theoretical fragrant amount, microcapsule dry
