摘 要:以氧化石墨(GO)为基体,通过原位沉积工艺,将一系列不同的卤氧化铋负载于氧化石墨表面,制备氧化石墨基复合光催化剂(GO-BiOX,X=I,Br,Cl)。采用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-vis)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段对产物进行了表征。研究表明,产物的负载效果好、比表面大。以可见光光催化降解苯酚为探针,研究了氧化石墨改性前后的光催化性能,其光催化活性顺序为GO-BiOX > BiOX ,并且GO-BiOI>GO-BiOBr>GO-BiOCl;而且r= (nX/nBi) 的比例对复合光催化剂的性能有明显影响:在可见光条件下,GO=50mg,r=1时显示出相对较好的光催化性能,其中GO-BiOI复合材料的光催化性能最好,3小时对10mg/L的苯酚溶液的去除率达到44.39%。57238

Abstract: Photocatalytic removal of phenol under visible light irradiation has been studied using graphite oxides (GO) composites, which were synthesized by depositing BiOX(X=I, Br, Cl), oxides on the surface of GO to form a composite photocatalyst using in-stiu coprecipitation method. The obtained products were marked as GO-BiOX(X=I, Br, Cl) and were characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis diffuse reflection (UV-vis) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results showed that GO was entirely exfoliated into a single flake during the synthetic process, and by this technique, BiOX particles was loaded onto the single GO piece evenly. The photocatalytic activity of GO was improved effectively by loading GO-BiOX. The photoactivity of the composite photocatalyst decreased in the sequence GO-BiOX > BiOX, moreover, the photoactivity decreased in the sequence GO-BiOI > GO-BiOBr>GO-BiOCl. In addition, the molar ratio of Bi3+ and X- had a critical effect on the photocatalytic activity. Under visible light irradiation, the highest degradation rate of 10mg/L phenol was 44.34% within 180 min obtained by using GO- BiOI with GO=50mg,r =1.
