摘 要: 顺丁烯二酸和乙醇为原料,以N-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐[Hmim]HSO4离子液体作催化剂,制备顺丁烯二酸酯。通过正交实验,全面的考察了反应时间、N-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐离子液体催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间等因素对顺丁烯二酸酯收率的影响,对制备顺丁烯二酸酯的工艺进行了优化,同时获得了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:顺丁烯二酸与甲醇的摩尔比1:3,反应时间3h,反应温度130 ºC,离子液体用量1 mL。在最佳工艺条件下,顺丁烯二酸酯的收率可达到90%。关键词:顺丁烯二酸二甲酯;离子液体;催化剂;合成8539

Synthesis of Maleic Acid Dimethyl Ester
Abstract: Maleic anhydride and methanol as raw materials, N-methylimidazole bisulfate [Hmim] HSO4 ionic liquid as catalyst to prepare maleic acid dimethyl ester. By orthogonal experiment, a comprehensive study of the reaction time, the impact of N-methylimidazole bisulfate ionic liquid catalyst, mole ratio, reaction time on the yield of maleic acid dimethyl ester, and for the preparation of cis dimethyl maleate process was optimized, while access to the optimum conditions. The results showed that the optimum conditions are: molar ratio of maleic anhydride and methanol 1:3, reaction time 3 h, the reaction temperature is 130 ºC , the ionic liquid dosage 1 mL. Under optimum conditions, maleic acid dimethyl ester yield can reach 90%.
