摘要在现代生活中,人类生活节奏的加快,人类生活环境的恶化使得癌症成为威胁人类生命日益严重的因素之一。根据科学实验研究证实,氨基苯并异恶唑衍生物在治疗癌症方面有着不可小觑的作用,并且有希望运用于未来癌症的治愈上面来。本实验课题的研究方向主要是寻找能够适用于大量工业生产氨基苯并异恶唑衍生物的反应条件,较高的反应转化率以及反应速率;并且探讨不同反应物的反应相关参数。通过反复的大量实验,我们取得了如下的一系列成果:
1. 实验事实证明各种反应物在相同条件下的反应速率,反应转化率不同
2. 对同种反应物分别在不同的条件下进行反应,发现不同条件下反应速率,反应物转化率不同。

Title Tandem reaction of
synthetic 6-Amino-1,2-BenzisOxazole
Abstract
In modern life,with the quickening pace of human life,deterioration of huaman living environment,cancer has become an increasingly serious threat to human life,which is one of the numerous factors. According to scientific experimental studies, we can draw the conclusion that the amino-benzo differentoxazole derivatives’ effect in the treatment of cancer should not be overlooked.And they may be applied to future cancer cure .Research subjects in this experiment are mainly focused on looking for the best condition under which industrial production of the amino-benzo differentoxazole derivatives can be conducted largely;and also for better reaction conversion and reaction rate。Also we try to study different rectants’reaction parameters related.Through repeated experimrnts, we have made a series of achievements as follows:
1:Experimental facts prove that in the same conditions ,the various reactants perform different reaction rate and reaction conversion.
2:In different conditions ,With the same reactants we find that raction rate and reaction conversion are different.
