摘 要:“智能”高分子水凝胶是一类对于外界环境微小的物理和化学刺激(如:温度、pH 等) ,其自身性质会发生明显改变 的聚合物,具有传感、处理和执行功能,以及在医药与生物工程中具有良好的应用和发展前景.本实验以甲基丙烯酸为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂,过硫酸钾作为引发剂,自由基引发聚合制备聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶。通过研究聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶的溶胀率、平衡溶胀率、保水率,讨论了交联剂、引发剂的用量以及pH、盐溶液浓度对聚甲基丙烯酸水凝胶溶胀性能的影响。8687

Study on the Preparation of PMAA Hydrogel System
Abstract:“Intelligent” polymer hydrogels are those polymers which could respond with large property changes to small physical or chemical stimulations such as temperature and pH, and could perform sensing, processing and actuating functions. “Intelligent”polymer hydrogels have a good application to medicines and biotechnology and heir promising potentiality of development.Using Methacrylic acid as raw material, N, N'-methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker, potassium persulfate as an initiator, the poly methyl methacrylate hydrogel was composed by the reaction of radical polymerization. the swelling ratio and water retention of poly methyl methacrylate hydrogel was researched, even, not only the amount of crosslinking and initiator but also the performance impact by the factors of pH and salt concentration was dissused.
