摘 要:用MPS作为介孔二氧化硅和单体甲基丙烯酸的桥连体,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪 (FT-IR)对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,MPS被成功的嫁接到SBA-15表面,甲基丙烯酸也成功和甲基丙烯酸相连。以药物布洛芬 (IBU)为模型药物分子,考察了甲基丙烯酸修饰的介孔二氧化硅对布洛芬的吸附性能。实验发现,被甲基丙烯酸修饰的介孔二氧化硅在不同的pH条件下实现了对药物布洛芬的控制性释放。9051

Mesoporous Silica Modified by Methyl Propionate to Construct pH Sensitive Drug Delivery System
Abstract: 3-propylmethacrylate is used to connect Mesoporous Silica and Methacrylic acid. The structure of the materials were characterized with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results show that the MPS has been successfully grafted onto the surface of SBA-15. Also the Methacrylic acid. Using ibuprofen (IBU) as the model drug to investigate the adsorption properties of the materials modified. It was found that the release of the drug ibuprofen of amino-modified SBA-15 is controlled well under the different pH.
