设计说明:本项目提出的C4制环氧丁烯工艺,是以C4为原料,分离其中的丁二烯,丁二烯经过环氧化反应, 从而生成环氧丁烯。
第一工段即丁二烯的分离中,采用DMF法提取丁二烯,在技术上具备可行性,能耗较低,而且产品的纯度较高。
在第二工段即环氧丁烯的合成中,使用过氧化氢作为氧化剂,污染小,能耗低,化学反应接近符合原子经济的环保理念,
综上:采用DMF法提取丁二烯,以及由丁二烯合成环氧丁烯无论是在工艺流程,工艺技术特点,技术经济分析,都具备可行性,且在行业的横向纵向比较中具备很大的优势。同时,应用本套工艺能够有效提高C4的利用率,减轻环氧丁烯等下游产品供需紧张的现状。9349
