摘要本文以氧化石墨烯(GO)为聚电解质阴离子层,以 2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖 (HTCC)为聚电解质阳离子层,在聚醚砜(PES)超滤膜上通过层层自组装交替沉积,制备荷 正电的(HTCC/GO)nHTCC 纳滤膜。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角和原子力显微镜(AFM) 等分析检测方法对复合纳滤膜进行表征,并对复合膜的纯水渗透性能、截留分子量、荷 电性和有机物 PPCPs 的截留效果测试。76152

(HTCC/GO)nHTCC 复合膜采用层层自组装技术在静电-交联力协同作用下制备,最佳 制膜条件:先沉浸在 HTCC 溶液中 15min,铸膜液浓度 5。0 g/L,浸洗烘干,然后沉浸在 0。75g/L 的 GO 溶液中 15min,浸洗烘干,组装 4。5 个双层,交联剂 ECH 质量浓度为 2%, KOH 加入量为 0。4g/50mL 乙醇,交联 21 h。 通过(HTCC/GO)nHTCC 复合膜通的表征分 析,测得制备的 4。5 层复合膜其接触角为 33。93°,亲水性强。通过原子力显微镜观察分 析,基膜的粗糙度为 47。61nm, 4。5 层复合膜的粗糙度为 25。69nm。复合膜对四种 PPCPs 的截留效果为氨氯地平>阿替洛尔>卡马西平>布洛芬,截留效果均达到 70%以上,其中, 水溶液带负电的布洛芬去除率随 NaCl 浓度的增大而升高,带正电的阿替洛尔和氨氯地平 的截留效果随 NaCl 浓度的增大而降低,而卡马西平受盐浓度的影响比较小。

Title Graphene oxide/quaternized Chitosan composite membrane for separation of PPCPs research

 

AbstractIn this text,the graphene oxide (GO) as polyanion electrolyte layer, with 2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride Chitosan (HTCC) as polycation electrolyte layer and in the Polyethersulfone (PES) ultrafiltration membranes。By scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the contact angle, and atomic force microscopy (AFM) and analytical test methods for composite nanofiltration membranes were characterized。

Preparation of (HTCC/GO)nHTCC is using layer-by-layer self assembly technique by static-Crosslinking collaborative preparation, The optimal formation conditions is: Immersed   in a solution of HTCC 15min, casting solution 5。0 g/L concentration, dipping and drying, and then immersed in a solution of 0。75g/L GO 15min, dipping drying, assemble 4。5 double, ECH of Crosslinking  agent  concentration was  2%,KOH  content  to  0。4g/50mL alcohol  crosslinked 21

h。By (HTCC/GO) nHTCC characterization of composite membrane,measure 4。5 preparation of composite membrane and its contact angle is 33。93 ° and it ’ s strong hydrophilic。By  atomic

force microscopy, the roughness of the basement membrane is  47。61nm,  4。5-layer composite film of roughness is 25。69nm。The Composite membrane on four interception effects of PPCPs is Ammonia amlodipine > atenolol > carbamazepine > ibuprofen,Interception effect of more than 70%,Wherein the aqueous solution of negatively charged ibuprofen removal rate increases with increasing NaCl concentration,With positive of atenolol and amlodipine interception effect decreases with the increase of NaCl concentration and carbamazepine by the effects of salt concentration is relatively small。
